It masterfully combines the brand’s signature 1-Year Aged Blue with a 1-Year Sharp Cheddar to create a visually striking and flavor-forward experience. Shaft’s 1-Year Blue is crafted in Wisconsin and then carefully aged in California under conditions that emulate the original mine shaft where the Shaft’s legacy began.
