At Shaft’s Cheese & Co., we take pride in our exceptional, quality products. As you can imagine with a premium, perishable product, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email hello@shaftscheese.com and we will work to remedy the situation. We appreciate you!

All of our online orders are shipped from Roseville, CA on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure your products arrive during a weekday. We pack each box with ice packs and insulation to keep the cheese cold for it’s entire journey! Because of this, we require 1 or 2 day shipping nationwide.

As mentioned above, we require 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure best freshness of our products.

We do not have a storefront, but online orders are available for local pick up at our Roseville, CA warehouse. Please fill out this form here if you are interested in ordering for pick up in Roseville, CA.

The short answer is YES! The long answer is, it depends on where you are. Our products are available through various retailers (and at loads of restaurants and bars) nationwide. We are working on creating a comprehensive list of these retailers for our customers, but for now, we encourage our customers to call their local cheese shop or gourmet grocer ahead and see if they carry Shaft’s cheese or blue cheese olives. Truthfully, the more interest that is shown in our products around the country, the more likely it is that they will be popping up in stores near you soon, so keep asking for them! 🙂
