
Ingredients
Salad:
- Romaine Heads
- Olive Oil
- Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- Bacon Bits
- Red Onion (chopped)
- 1-Year Shaft’s Blue Cheese (crumbled)
Blue Cheese Dressing:
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Worschishire
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Fresh Dill
- 1-Year Shaft’s Blue
Instructions
- Wash and dry head of romaine. Cut in half along length.
- Turn grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush oil on both sides of romaine heads.
- While grill is heating, mix dressing ingredients together.
- Add romaine to grill and allow to cook on each side for about 2 minutes until grill marks have formed.
- Top with tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, onion, and homemade dressing.
