Picture this: It’s the middle of the week and you’re needing a quick and easy lunch. But, you want something a little more sophisticated and filling than a jerky stick and a handful of crackers (hey, there’s a place for that but not right now). Fear not, this 5-ingredient flatbread will make you think you stepped into a posh cafe on a sunny day. Even better, add any additional toppings you’d like! Need more protein? Prosciutto goes perfectly with the pear and blue cheese. Want a bit of tang? Drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze on top. You get the idea. So, here’s the base of your new favorite lunch: Pear and Blue Cheese Flatbread.

Ingredients:
- Garlic Naan or Flatbread
- Olive Oil
- Shaft’s 1-Year Aged Blue
- Pear or Japanese Pear
- Arugula
- Dript Smokey Honey
