Somebody call 911, these buffalo chicken jalapeño poppers are pure fire. Both in heat and in deliciousness! Picture our unexpected buffalo chicken dip in the perfect vessel for enjoyment – a fresh and spicy jalapeño pepper. And that’s it! A simple and tasty snack, app, side dish, or whatever you want it to be. Perfect for game day or an afternoon pick-me-up.



Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Shaft’s Serendipity
- 16 oz. Chicken Breast
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 lb Fresh Jalapeños
Directions:
- Boil or bake chicken breasts as desired
- While chicken cooks, shred or finely chop 1/2 of a Shaft’s Serendipity wedge.
- Allow cooked chicken to cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shred cooked chicken to think pieces.
- Mix all ingredients, aside from jalapeños, in a medium sized bowl until well incorporated.
- Halve and de-seed jalapeños.
- Lay halved jalapeños on lined baking sheet.
- Spoon mixture into each jalapeño.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the buffalo chicken mixture is melted and bubbling.
- Serve with extra buffalo chicken dip!
