Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño poppers

Somebody call 911, these buffalo chicken jalapeño poppers are pure fire. Both in heat and in deliciousness! Picture our unexpected buffalo chicken dip in the perfect vessel for enjoyment – a fresh and spicy jalapeño pepper. And that’s it! A simple and tasty snack, app, side dish, or whatever you want it to be. Perfect for game day or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz. Shaft’s Serendipity
  • 16 oz. Chicken Breast
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 lb Fresh Jalapeños
Directions:
  • Boil or bake chicken breasts as desired
  • While chicken cooks, shred or finely chop 1/2 of a Shaft’s Serendipity wedge.
  • Allow cooked chicken to cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Shred cooked chicken to think pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients, aside from jalapeños, in a medium sized bowl until well incorporated.
  • Halve and de-seed jalapeños.
  • Lay halved jalapeños on lined baking sheet.
  • Spoon mixture into each jalapeño.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the buffalo chicken mixture is melted and bubbling.
  • Serve with extra buffalo chicken dip!
