Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Shaft’s Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (or fresh, chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Roughly chop the olives to make blending easier.
  2. Add olives, garlic, capers, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to a food processor.
