Ingredients:
- 6 oz Shaft’s Serendipity
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup beer (lager or ale)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Pretzels or bread for dipping
Instructions:
- In saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with beer.
- Stir in Serendipity and Dijon. Heat until smooth.
- Fold in most of the bacon; reserve some for topping.
- Pour into serving dish, top with bacon.
- Enjoy!
