Serendipity + Bacon Beer Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 6 oz Shaft’s Serendipity
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup beer (lager or ale)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Pretzels or bread for dipping
Instructions:
  1. In saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with beer.
  2. Stir in Serendipity and Dijon. Heat until smooth.
  3. Fold in most of the bacon; reserve some for topping.
  4. Pour into serving dish, top with bacon.
  5. Enjoy!
