You could call this Our top 8

Are we so 2008 or what? We don’t mind at all, bring on the drama!

Just kidding, we’ll leave the drama at home, but bring you along to take a tour of some of our favorite brands and items at the moment. We’re all about sharing the love this month 💕

1. Janet’s Finest Compotes

Bold flavor, sweet berries, and a sweeter family story – Janet’s has been creating these deliciously spicy compotes for 30 years!

Try a dollop of Janet’s award-winning raspberry jalapeño compote in place of the apricot jam in this dip!

2. Aspen Vodka

We can’t have a favorite things list without a Shaftini staple. Aspen Vodka is pure and crisp, right out of Aspen, CO. Their commitment to locality and sustainability is inspiring.

Use Aspen in your next Shaftini – shake with ice and pour over 3 Shaft’s Blue Cheese Olives.

3. Craize

They call it an evolution of the basic cracker, and we agree! Craize corn crackers are a perfect pair to any and all cheese & charcuterie.

Try the sweet corn cracker on a board with 2-Year Blue and Serendipity for something a little unexpected!

4. Sockerbit Swedish Candy

We are 100% on the Swedish candy trend. And Sockerbit is our go-to. No dyes, high fructose corn syrup or GMOs, this candy is the real deal!

While, we have to admit, we haven’t tried a Sockerbit and blue cheese pairing, it’s definitely in our future. We’re thinking a sweet fruity ring with some TooGood Blue…

5. Rosewood Ranches Wagyu

Texas beef is meant for center plate. Rosewood Ranches delivers with the highest quality and taste in all of their wagyu cuts.

Beef and blue are a classic pair, you really can’t go wrong with Rosewood Wagyu and any of Shaft’s Blues.

6. Firehook Crackers

Simple ingredients with loads of flavor options, Firehook crackers are a must for snacking and charcuteries. We are big fans of Firehook and have been for quite some time!

Check out this buffalo chicken dip paired with Firehook’s Garlic and Thyme cracker!

7. Olivarez Honey Co.

This honey is as sweet as can be. Three generations of beekeepers in Northern California are behind this masterpiece. We’re just buzzing over it! 🐝

Try a dollop of their California wildflower honey with a pear and Ellie’s 2-Year Blue for a classically delicious combination.

8. Ginger Elizabeth Chocolate

Another California local brand – Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates are made with locally sourced ingredients that shine in every bite!

You can never go wrong with a piece of dark chocolate and some blue!
